14-day, no questions asked
If you're not happy with Chapter 2: Mars for any reason, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. You don't need to justify it or explain why; just ask.
How to request a refund
Any of these work:
- Reply directly to the receipt email you received from Paddle at the time of purchase.
- Use Paddle's buyer support, our checkout provider, and reference your order.
- Email us at [email protected] with your transaction reference (from your Paddle receipt) and we'll route it for you.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed and issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer, but Paddle typically processes the refund itself promptly once approved.
Because a refund reverses the purchase, the license key issued for that transaction may be deactivated afterward, which will lock Chapter 2: Mars again in the game.

The 14-day window is our standard no-questions policy, but if something's genuinely broken — a bug that stopped you from playing the chapter, a lost key you can't recover, anything like that — contact us anyway at [email protected]. We'll do what we reasonably can to help, even outside the window.
